Appointment setting positions must be fully bilingual and must have at least a 9/10 spoken English. Since our company is based in Guatemala which is just 2 countries away from USA, we are very influenced by US English accent and therefore sound almost identically the same.  Besides there are a lot of big call centers for big US companies which makes people here each time talk better and more fluent english.

Not at all.  You are only billed your monthly fee according to your hired service.  Everything is pre paid up front.

Yes, 2 exact weeks

Our services do require a minimum of 3 months commitment! After that, if you’re not happy then neither are we. Please contact our Customer Support before your next billing cycle and we’ll make sure you’re not billed again.  We do need however at least 3 working days of anticipation for your notification to cancel your next month’s billing.  We do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.

First, welcome aboard!

So after you make the payment you will immediately be taken to our client’s area where you will be asked to fill an onboarding form with basic information about your business, offer and services.

After we receive your onboarding form filled out, we will get on a pre call and start creating your prospecting engine. We’ll create the complete action plan from outreach channels, follow up messages and scripts.  Finally we will create your CRM where your setter will be calling from so you can listen to the calls.

2 weeks exactly after payment we will start with your onboarding process.

All of our appointment setters are from Central America which are in Central Standard Time Zone, so they can work in CT, MT or ET!

– CST time zone (right in the middle of US time zones)

– Hi-Speed Internet (99% uptime from major wireless and phone companies)

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your setter, we will change him/her at absolutely no extra cost during the first 3 months.
– We do have a number of minimum appointments guaranteed if you fit the right criteria.
– We do not offer a money-back guarantee under no circumstances.
